Founded by Darren Dummit, DD Advisory Partners brings decades of legal experience as Corporate Counsel and Litigator, in addition to real-world business experience as a Start-up Founder, Entrepreneur and Consultant to assist companies in the Sports, Media, and Health care spaces (e.g., LA GOLF, COUNTRY CLUB ADJACENT, IRIS MEDICAL GROUP).

In 2022, DDAP created a new niche within the NIL industry, the MIL™ Deal, by bringing together Heisman Trophy Winner CALEB WILLIAMS and Real Estate Private Equity Fund HAWKINS WAY CAPITAL - further expanding it for PROLIFIC PREP (the top prep basketball program on the west coast) with the support of PORSCHE (Bakersfield) and BANK OF AMERICA (Private Bank). In a nutshell, the MIL™ platform turns traditional “NIL” brand deals and pay-for-play alumni collective deals into more meaningful mentorship and internship opportunities that benefit the athletes, the youth in the community, and the alumni/sponsors in long-lasting ways.

DDAP now Turns NIL Deals Into MIL™ Deals by working with Brands, Sports Leagues, Major Prep School Endowments, and University donors, structuring deals with Elite QB’s, Golfers, Race Car Drivers and Olympic Sport Stars around Mentorship and Paid Curated Internships. In the process, working with talent management and sometimes as talent management, DDAP helps young elite athletes develop their network and networking skills, while also closing partnerships and teaching the Athletes "how to fish" by attracting current sponsorship and lifelong relationships themselves.
